Welcome to Sparks BOXAEROBIX! We train and teach basic to advanced level boxing skills and techniques designed to help build a healthier lifestyle. We offer boxing classes for teens, boxing classes for youth & adults, and one on one private lessons. Sparks BOXAEROBIX welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities. The setting we provide is perfect for accomplishing any personal goals you may have as it relates to boxing & fitness.

Our goal at Sparks BOXAEROBIX is simple, to provide a comfortable atmosphere with training at the highest levels possible for boxing, fitness and or competition. Competing is not required here but training you like a competitor gives you real useful tools in life. This is accomplished with coach Chris who have spent his entire life, up to now dedicated to the sport of boxing and fitness. He offer over 30 years of experience in training, boxing, fitness, in and out of the ring.

NOVICE (Amateur)

The NOVICE level is our Entry Level Plan. Don’t let the phrase “Entry Level” disillusion you. These sets of workout plans are developed and geared to position the beginning for success in no time at all. PROFESSIONAL

The PROFESSIONAL is our more advanced level. While moving through as a CONTENDER and training for foundational resources, the PROFESSIONAL level has now taken things up exponentially. At this level is where trainees become lethal & dangerous. However, along with the training of pro combat, comes also the training of pro discipline. What is the CONTENDER? Well, a contender is a trainee who has aspirations to reach a certain accomplishment or status. and/or to overcome a great obstacle to defeat an adversary.
